So, Peyton was teaching the lil kids business savvy by mentioning Budweiser.

Pretty slick

Peyton is a pretty savvy business man; I am sure that was his motive. And he did make out with Papa John right after the game.

This might explain why Peyton said he was going to drink some Budweiser after the game .

A Budweiser spokesperson confirmed on Twitter that Anheuser-Busch did not pay Manning to mention the brand, though they were "surprised and delighted" that he did. But Manning holds an ownership stake in two Anheuser-Busch distributorships in his home state of Louisiana, according to trade publication Beer Business Daily.

I've noticed on social media some outrage about the Budweiser comment, actually. We can speak to that, as well. We have no limitations here.

For all those screaming "what about the kids" when it comes to Cam Newton's actions. I ask you where is the outrage against Peyton as all he could talk about after the game was drinking Budweiser. That is all.

Hangs, I actually liked Vick. I'm not about to take up for him though. My take on Manning is that I think he should have access to the same medical treatment that anyone else would. I honestly don't think its fair to deny him something that he could pay for that you or I could have done legally. But rules are rules.

Also, you can't pay these guys ridiculous money and walk around wearing their jerseys and not expect them to get ****y. It's just not reasonable.

I use to enjoy watching the Eagles play until they signed Vick.

Dallas I've always hated and well now they've given me more reason.

The Patriots are serial cheaters.

Manning, I just hope he doesn't turn out to be another Lance Armstrong

Yea. My daughter thinks he's the greatest, lol. As for a "hero".....I'm not sure any football player should really be her hero. It's o.k. to like athletes JUST for the way they play. I don't want my child thinking Cam or anyone else is some big idol that they should put on a pedestal. They aren't. None of them. There are some total JERKS that I LOVE to watch play ball. I would not like them off the field at all. It's the same with rock stars too. I may love their music and may even go to a concert...but I really don't have any further expectations of them. You know why? Because most of them are personalities that I wouldn't agree with. At all. I think the reason that everyone is giving Cam grief is that we expected more out of him because he's actually one of the good guys. Is it fair to always let the bad guys throw temper tantrums...do drugs...beat their wives and children....fight dogs...etc, and not let the good guys be human? Nope. I like Cam. I like to watch him play football.

Let's just hope the takeaway for kids will be how gracious Cam was congratulating Peyton on the field.
